I hired a 16 seater mini bus for my football team in the age group of 22-28 there was 14 of us celebrating a cup final win as you can imagin we was buzzing.
The mini bus turned up before the pick up time,the driver was happy and didnt mind waiting for a few late arrivals. The bus itself was immaculate and looked great. After putting on a dvd we set off. We got down to brighton no problems at all and we had a great night.
On pick at 2am the mini bus was there no problems and the driver was brilliant with us. We was loud,singing and just being boyish all the way home and once again the driver didnt batter an eyelid i think he had a sing song with us at one point. Over all the driver, bus and the journey was brilliant!! I can honestly say i wont use another hire firm as Nova has ticked all the boxes.

The mini bus was as comfortable the same as last time. The driver was very nice and he was a good driver. The only problem was that he didn't seem to know where he was going. We assumed that the satnav was rubbish. I know that the traffic was a problem. The journey should have taken about 1.5 hours. Going it took over 2 hours and coming back over 2.5 hours. But we will still use your company in the future as we have another mini bus booked to take us to Sandown in June. The booking process was very helpful and efficient.

The coach was to take my youngest son and 16 of his fiends to Twickenham to watch Quins v Saracens for his 21st yesterday. The crowd was a record “82,000” and access to the area in general and stadium car park in particular was, as you can imagine, congested! To add to it, the M25 was very congested as well. That said, everything went exactly to plan. The vehicle was in excellent condition and as clean and tidy as I had expected from the description on your website.
The driver, (please forgive me I’ve forgotten his name: Kevin?), is a credit to your company. He was very helpful, accommodating and personable which made the whole experience a pleasure. Particularly when you consider that he drove 16 young men who had had a beer or two. I thanked him yesterday, but please pass on my thanks again and I hope that his trip to the O2 arena on New Years eve is a pleasant one.

The driver arrived outside the hotel in Hastings in plenty of time, was informative in giving a commentry about what was out of the window. The minibus was spotlessly clean, and all aboad said how comfortable it was.
We had obtained three quotes for minibusses from Hastings to Amberley chalk pits, yours being the cheapest, and two members of the group had reservations about how cheap you were (we had a bad experience with an ancient bus from Birmingham to Heathrow that had holes in the floor, an open trailer with tarpaulin for our luggage, and doors that did not shut properly being driven by maniac). However, we were all very impressed with the vehicle, and would have no reservations in booking you again or recommending you to friends if we are back down in the Hastings area.
Your driver was a credit to the company, and it is good to find such a good organisation. Thank you very much for providing such a good service.

The only thing that did come as a surprise, was to find out from Lawrence that he had to have a clear 9 hours from dropping us off at 11.50pm so our earliest departure in the morning was 8.50am when we had thought about 8.30am. As it happens it was not critical but had we, for example, not arrived back until 12.30am and therefore our departure was delayed to 9.30am we would have been slightly stuck. I am sure that this is in the fine print somewhere but we could have been caught out because we did not know that.
I do not want you to allow that to detract from an excellent all round service but you might want to make sure that customers who are using you overnight know that the driver needs a clear 9 hours break overnight.
Thank you very much indeed. We do not have much call for this kind of service but I am happy to recommend you and will know where to come idf we need you again.

Our children all enjoyed themselves and came home happy, excited and on time – despite the coach problems. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, all the seatbelts worked and the timings were good.
The driver was excellent, really friendly and kept us informed as the issues arose, and I was very reassured with the way that you dealt with the problem.
I did find it a bit stressful since I knew what was happening, but for the children the change to the mini buses was very smooth and made very little difference to their journey.
So thank you again, and I will definitely be interested in your quotes for future trips.

The booking process was simply unbelievable-i asked for a quote about 2/3 weeks before night out and received a quote which I didn't act on until about 3 days before the night and the gent on the phone did what he could to accommodate us-outstanding service.
The bus was immaculate and an absolute treat as we didn't expect such luxurious transport. And as for Lee the driver-he was a top top gent and in the near future when I re-book with Nova for our out next night out,I am going to put in an extra special request and ask to have Lee back!
