The driver (Roy) arrived in good time, was very friendly and accommodating and not phased by two coach loads of boisterous inebriated teenagers. The coach was warm and in excellent condition.

Nova Bussing supplied a coach from Tonbridge to London for an evening out fo 26 people.

The coach was excellent as was the driver.Worth calling out that a guest had left a present on the coach only realising 1/2 way through the evening, when the driver was called just to clarify that it was indeed left on the coach he even offered to drive from his parking place to drop off. Very impressive.

Would recommend anyone using Nova Bussing - prompt, friendly, good quality coaches...

I am quite amazed that you ask me for a report on this booking as it was close to being a total disaster ruining 6 months of planning for a surprise birthday treat for my wife and our close friends. I didn't argue with you about price, I told you the time we were expected at the restuarant in Bray and when we expected to return, you have experience of the M25 on a  Friday, I gave you a list of the pick up points well in advance and yet your driver managed to arrive at the venue more than an hour late.

And you ask me for feedback !! My response is "what level of compensation are you prepared to offer me?"

We hired a 12 seater mini bus from Dymchurch to Maidstone for my hen night (on 19th may) the driver LEE arrived early and came to my door to let me know he was there ready whenever we were and said he can wait till we were all ready so no rush. Lee was very patient with us 12 rowdy girls and didn’t leave until we all had our phones and other bits. Lee even allowed us to drink our pink bubbly on the journey and play our cd to our requests. We arrived to our destination with no problems well before time and was allowed to leave anything on the bus we did not need.  

Upon pick up he again was there waiting nice and early helped the girls who were a little worse for wear onto the bus and asked all about our night and again played our cd on the way home to us all singing terribly lol  not only was he tolerant but due to a few hiccups my mum was left without a ride home from the drop off point and he went out of his way and dropped my mum off to her door safely. LEE was a brilliant driver and a gentleman so please give a huge thank you to him.

I will definately recommend nova to friends and will use again the next time I need a reliable service.

I hired a 16 seater mini bus for my football team in the age group of 22-28 there was 14 of us celebrating a cup final win as you can imagin we was buzzing.

The mini bus turned up before the pick up time,the driver was happy and didnt mind waiting for a few late arrivals. The bus itself was immaculate and looked great. After putting on a dvd we set off. We got down to brighton no problems at all and we had a great night.

On pick at 2am the mini bus was there no problems and the driver was brilliant with us. We was loud,singing and just being boyish all the way home and once again the driver didnt batter an eyelid i think he had a sing song with us at one point. Over all the driver, bus and the journey was brilliant!! I can honestly say i wont use another hire firm as Nova has ticked all the boxes.

We assumed that the satnav was rubbish. I know that the traffic was a problem. The journey should have taken about 1.5 hours. Going it took over 2 hours and coming back over 2.5 hours. But we will still use your company in the future as we have another mini bus booked to take us to Sandown in June. The booking process was very helpful and efficient.

The coach was to take my youngest son and 16 of his fiends to Twickenham to watch Quins v Saracens for his 21st yesterday.  The crowd was a record “82,000” and access to the area in general and stadium car park in particular was, as you can imagine, congested!  To add to it, the M25 was very congested as well.  That said, everything went exactly to plan.  The vehicle was in excellent condition and as clean and tidy as I had expected from the description on your website.

The driver, (please forgive me I’ve forgotten his name: Kevin?), is a credit to your company.  He was very helpful, accommodating and personable which made the whole experience a pleasure.  Particularly when you consider that he drove 16 young men who had had a beer or two.  I thanked him yesterday, but please pass on my thanks again and I hope that his trip to the O2 arena on New Years eve is a pleasant one.

The driver arrived outside the hotel in Hastings in plenty of time, was informative in giving a commentry about what was out of the window. The minibus was spotlessly clean, and all aboad said how comfortable it was.

We had obtained three quotes for minibusses from Hastings to Amberley chalk pits, yours being the cheapest, and two members of the group had reservations about how cheap you were (we had a bad experience with an ancient bus from Birmingham to Heathrow that had holes in the floor, an open trailer with tarpaulin for our luggage, and doors that did not shut properly being driven by maniac). However, we were all very impressed with the vehicle, and would have no reservations in booking you again or recommending you to friends if we are back down in the Hastings area.

The only thing that did come as a surprise, was to find out from Lawrence that he had to have a clear 9 hours from dropping us off at 11.50pm so our earliest departure in the morning was 8.50am when we had thought about 8.30am.  As it happens it was not critical but had we, for example, not arrived back until 12.30am and therefore our departure was delayed to 9.30am we would have been slightly stuck.  I am sure that this is in the fine print somewhere but we could have been caught out because we did not know that.

I do not want you to allow that to detract from an excellent all round service but you might want to make sure that customers who are using you overnight know that the driver needs a clear 9 hours break overnight.

Thank you very much indeed.  We do not have much call for this kind of service but I am happy to recommend you and will know where to come idf we need you again.

The 16 seater bus that we hired to transport the bridesmaids was superb. Complete with wedding ribbons. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.
The driver very courteous and helpful.
The music system on the bus very much appreciated as was the selection of music available.

The 29 seater we hired for our evening guests was equally as good. 
A very comfortable journey both ways,  polite and obliging driver, and once again a very good music system which everybody enjoyed.

Our children all enjoyed themselves and came home happy, excited and on time – despite the coach problems.  The vehicles were clean and comfortable, all the seatbelts worked and the timings were good. 

The driver was excellent, really friendly and kept us informed as the issues arose, and I was very reassured with the way that you dealt with the problem.

I did find it a bit stressful since I knew what was happening, but for the children the change to the mini buses was very smooth and made very little difference to their journey.

With regards to leaving feedback,ur company has made such an impact on the group of people that went out that I, as organiser, could never have asked for so such good feedback from my fellow friends.

The booking process was simply unbelievable-i asked for a quote about 2/3 weeks before night out and received a quote which I didn't act on until about 3 days before the night and the gent on the phone did what he could to accommodate us-outstanding service.

The bus was immaculate and an absolute treat as we didn't expect such luxurious transport. And as for Lee the driver-he was a top top gent and in the near future when I re-book with Nova for our out next night out,I am going to put in an extra special request and ask to have Lee back!
