This was the first time we had used Nova Bussing and from our first enquiry they were efficient and reliable.  Booking and payment was quick and easy, the minibus was clean, very comfortable and exactly what was shown on the website.  On the day contact was made via text message and the driver ensured he was at the dedicated pickup places earlier than arranged, so we didn’t have to wait.  The whole experience was pleasant, efficient and comfortable and we would definitely use Nova Bussing again.
