On the whole a very good experience The coach was lovely and comfortable and Lawrence drove very well However he parked outside Tescos in West Malling when I had instructed to park OPPOSITE Tescos There was a confusion because the Manager is also called Keith and of course he had no idea about the hiring I confirmed everything with Andrew a few days earlier so I am not sure how this happened?
